Term and Condition Kubu Anyar Hotel
Bookings may be made online at www.kubuanyarhotel.com (“Kubu Anyar Hotel Website”), through our direct email email@example.com or call to our reservation staff +62361766230.
Full payment must be made at the time of booking. We accept payment by Visa or Master card credit/debit cards, or online bank transfers. The available payment options are displayed during the booking process on our Website. A payment processing fee may apply. For walk-in bookings at Hotel, we also accept cash payments.
Once your booking has been successfully completed, a Booking Confirmation will be issued in respect of each room booked and sent to the email address provided in your registered account. You MUST produce your Booking Confirmation(s) upon check-in at the Hotel, together with your original valid photo identification document (national registration identity card, passport, driver's license or other identification card or document as the Hotel may require). If you do not receive your Booking Confirmation(s) within twenty-four (24) hours from the time of booking, please contact us via email firstname.lastname@example.org. The 'Guest' named in the Booking Confirmation must be the person staying at the Hotel otherwise we reserve the right to cancel the booking.
At all times during the booking process, you will be advised to ensure the accuracy of your booking details (guest details, stay dates, room types, room rates, number of guest(s), Kubu Anyar Hotel will not be responsible or liable for errors in booking details.
Bookings are accepted subject to room availability.
Room rates shown on the Kubu Anyar Hotel Website are charged on a per room per night basis. Room rates include service tax, service charge, VAT or GST (as applicable) and/or other similar charges or tax subject to the requirements of the our country. Room rates and details are correct at the time of publication and are subject to change without notice.
Kubu Anyar room types are as follows:
- Deluxe Double Room: 1 Queen-size bed. Maximum occupancy is 2 adults + 1 child (below 5 years old at the date of check-in)
- Deluxe Twin Room: 2 Single beds. Maximum occupancy is 2 adults + 1 child (below 5 years old at the date of check-in)
- Deluxe Triple Room: 1 Queen-size bed + 1 Single bed. Maximum occupancy is 3 adults + 1 child (below 5 years old at the date of check-in)
For the purposes of this clause “Child” or “Children” means a person or persons aged between 5 years and 11 years; “Infant” means a person under the age of 5 years; and “Adult” means a person aged over 18 years. All ages will be determined from the date at which accommodation commenced.
Children and Infants sharing a room with their parents or guardians may do so free of change if using existing beds and linen and not exceeding the maximum occupancy for the given room type.
Extra Person Policy
1. Persons aged over 12 years will be charged Extra Person rates for each person staying in a room which exceeds the maximum occupancy for the room type, or where extra beds or linen are required.
2. Extra person room rates will be charged on IDR 150.000-
The following amenities are available in our rooms:
- AC, TV 32 inch, Wardrobe, Bathrobe, Mini-bar, Tea or coffee making facilities, slipper, Toiletries, Extra pillow, Safety Deposit Box, Mirror, Desk and chair, Hair dryer, Mosquitoes Electric.
Kubu Anyar Hotel practices a strict NO SMOKING policy. Failure to comply with this policy entitles us to terminate your booking and stay at the Hotel at our sole discretion and you must leave the Hotel immediately without compensation or reimbursement. You shall be liable for any costs, loss or damage incurred at Kubu Anyar Hotel
You may not bring the following into our Hotel:
- Pets or livestock
- Any electrical appliances and/or equipment for heating and/or cooking purposes
- Food and / or fruit with a pungent odor in the room.
Kubu Anyar Hotel reserves the right to remove and/or confiscate any of the above items found in our room immediately without notice to you and to charge you for any costs incurred for taking such action or for any loss or damage at the hotel
Check-in and Check-out
Changes and Cancellations
Change of Guest name on your booking, changes to stay dates, room category or duration of stay are allowed subject to availability
1. If a booking is cancelled any non-refundable deposit or payment which you have paid will not be refunded and additional cancellation charges may apply.
2. For Standard Bookings at non-capital city Participating Properties, if you cancel your booking the following charges will apply in relation to each booking:
